  You must provide accurate details (name, phone number, email, and project site address) to use our services. Booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Use of Services
  · You agree to use our services lawfully and not interfere with Orker agents performing their duties.
  · Monitoring updates and 360° site tour reports are for personal or organizational use only.
• Service Limitations
  Orker Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as site inaccessibility, safety issues, or force majeure events.
• Intellectual Property
  All app content, designs, and reports remain the property of Orker Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
• Limitation of Liability
  Your use of our services is at your own discretion. Orker Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Governing Law
  These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana courts.
