Refund & Cancellation Policy for Orker 360° Site Tour

• Cancellations by Customer
  · Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the booked slot will receive a full refund.
  · Cancellations within 24 hours of the booked slot are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling
  Customers may reschedule bookings up to 12 hours before the scheduled slot, subject to availability.
• Cancellations by Orker
  If Orker Pvt Ltd cancels a booking due to site inaccessibility, safety concerns, or operational issues, a full refund will be issued.
• Refund Process
  Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• Non-Refundable Items
  Completed services and partially delivered site tours are non-refundable.
